1. b) EOT Double Girder Crane

Demag double-girder overhead travelling cranes offer you exceptional load capacity for a low deadweight. The particularly large lifting height is derived from the fact that the load hook can be raised between the two crane girders. Optional maintenance platforms and accessible crabs not only make it easier for you to maintain the crane, but also ensure that your hall fittings such as lamps, heating elements or supply lines can be quickly and easily reached.

The new DCM Pro Manulift is must at your work place when you need to handle loads quickly & safely with only one hand. The DCM Pro manulift is based on the lifting unit of DCM pro chain hoist with a DSM-C Control unit attached to it. The control unit is rigidly connected to Load Handling attachments for left or right handed operation.

1. a) Single Girder Crane (SWL 125kg to 1000kg)

Single girder suspension cranes from the KBK classic construction kit are used for fast & safe area serving overhead handling & exact positioning of variety of goods. KBK classic single-girder suspension cranes can be simply suspended from the building roof or superstructure. Additional supports for the crane runway are not necessary. Even partial areas of a workshop may be easily fitted with suspension cranes at low cost.

Double-girder suspension cranes from the KBK classic construction kit feature a low deadweight and favourable structural dimensions. In addition, the pendulating suspension largely absorbs the horizontal forces caused by starting, braking and stopping KBK classic double-girder cranes can also operate on several runways, thus providing large spans to cover extensive storage and production areas. The cranes can be easily moved by hand.

General overhaul

A new life for your hoist unit

After a general overhaul carried out by our engineers, your hoist unit is comparable with a new hoist in terms of operation, performance values and expected service life. Operation for a further period of use is then guaranteed.

The general overhaul package includes

• material required for the general overhaul based on the standard design
• replacement of the parts by one of our expert engineers
• function test of the hoist unit after completion of the general overhaul
• certification of the completed general overhaul in the test and inspection booklet
• specifying the new theoretical utilisation period
• specifying the maximum period until the next general overhaul

Our godown is open 7 days a week including Sundays & Thursdays. We are having sufficient stock of spares at our godown. Also we are having well trained & certified by Demag, service team.
